Holland Village’s first Farmers' Market will take place during the final weekend of District Design Dialogue (DDDHV).
Curated by culinary anthropologist, Nithiya Laila of Brunch Bandits, the Farmers' Market will host an eclectic range of 15 local producers selling local honey, frog meat, fresh oysters from Pulau Ubin, organic vegetables, seafood subscription boxes, coffee-roasting and vegetable-growing kits, fair trade spices, and homemade slow-rise sourdough breads.
Attention all dog owners: Jurong Frog Farm will be bringing their Minced Frog Meat, deboned, pre-cooked and ready to serve to your friendly pets (great for those with skin allergies).
FARMERS' MARKET COMMUNITY BOOTH
A Farmers' Market Community Swap for home growers and activists of sustainable food to swap and barter. Swap seeds, stem cuttings, harvests of edible plants, home produce or even knowledge and stories. Bring your cuttings, seeds, coffee grounds, and more!
